We are thrilled to announce that the Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program (ECEAP) is officially accepting applications for the Fall 2026 school year! ECEAP is a free, high-quality preschool program for eligible children ages 3 to 5 in Mason, Thurston, and Grays Harbor counties. We are also excited to let you know that we are opening three new ECEAP locations in the 2026 school year!
Child Care Action Council operates five ECEAP locations in partnership with the Washington State Department of Children, Youth, and Families.

ECEAP (Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program) is now accepting applications for Fall 2026 in Mason, Thurston, and Grays Harbor counties for qualifying families with kids 3-5 years old. Offering education, health, and family support.
Free Quality Preschool
More than just preschool, our ECEAP program tailors’ services to meet the needs of your family. Our staff works with you to ensure that your families’ basic needs like housing, food and healthcare are met. You will receive support on how to be your child’s first and most important teacher with resources that can be viewed at your convenience.
Preescolar De Calidad Gratis
Más que preescolar, nuestro programa ECEAP adapta los servicios para satisfacer las necesidades de su familia. Nuestro personal trabaja con usted para garantizar que las necesidades básicas de sus familias, como vivienda, alimentos y atención médica, se satisfagan. Además, el dinero de la Ley CARES también está disponible para las familias elegibles que se registren antes del otoño.
