Early childhood professionals regularly engage in complex conversations—with co-teachers, supervisors, and families. When tensions arise, the way we respond matters. Drawing from Finding Our Way Through Conflict: Strategies for Early Childhood Educators, this class will support participants in recognizing conflict triggers, understanding multiple perspectives, and approaching disagreements with curiosity rather than defensiveness. Educators will gain tools for managing workplace conflict, fostering healthy team dynamics, and building respectful partnerships with families—even when perspectives differ.
