Building a Thriving Program Culture
Creating and sustaining a positive program culture is essential to supporting, retaining, and empowering quality early childhood professionals. This engaging class explores how leadership practices, workplace climate, communication, collaboration, and staff wellness all contribute to a thriving early learning environment. Participants will reflect on their current program culture and gain practical strategies for building trust, increasing morale, strengthening teamwork, and fostering a sense of belonging among staff. Through discussion, self-reflection, and real-world examples, educators and leaders will leave with tools to cultivate a workplace where both children and adults can thrive. @public
