This June, as we celebrate Pride Month, we want to shine a light on the diversity that defines the families in our community.

For many in our community, it includes LGBTQIA+ parents, co-parents, chosen families, and caregivers who pour their hearts into raising the next generation. We know that when we embrace and uplift diverse families, we build stronger, more resilient communities where every single child can thrive.

True advocacy means ensuring that high-quality, affordable child care is accessible and welcoming to all families, without exception. We are continuously proud to stand with our LGBTQIA+ staff, providers, and the families we serve—not just this month, but every day of the year.
