I introduce and train about the ASQ with interested providers. I also support sites with the infant and toddler children with behavior supports.

Since 1989, I have been working with children and providers, during these years I have realized-ECE providers are the most important people, beside the parents, in preparing children to have a successful life! I am passionate about supporting providers with growth opportunities to help do this important and challenging work.

I truly believe in the value of professional development for ECE providers, as a well-equipped workforce is the backbone of high-quality early childhood education.

I have worked with children and their families for over 20 years in a childcare setting. Children are our future and I believe it starts with us to help them grow and succeed. I love seeing the moments in a child’s eyes when something clicks for them. Throughout my years as a provider, I always appreciated the knowledge and suggestions I received from others in the field to help me grow as an Early Childhood Educator. My hope is that I can be that person to others as they continue to learn and grow in their journey of Early Education.
