Holding Hope Mental Health Consultants
Think of your MHC as a partner — someone who can help you support your own emotional health as well as the emotional health of children, families, and colleagues. No concern is too big or too small. Our virtual consultation provides a safe, confidential space to share your thoughts and express your feelings. We are here to listen, collaborate, and support you.
Working in early learning is deeply rewarding — and it can also be emotionally complex, especially when you’re navigating behaviors of concern, family stressors, your own or a colleague’s well-being. That’s why Mental Health Consultants (MHCs) are here — not just for crisis situations, but as an ongoing, supportive resource.
Intensive Services
Ongoing consultation from a Mental Health Consultant is available to you through weekly or bi-weekly virtual session when more intense needs arise. We welcome you to schedule an initial virtual session with us, and we will collaborate on how to best meet your support needs. With a joint Letter of Commitment and signed Service Consents, we can provide up to six months of regularly scheduled intensive services which include: video or in-person classroom observations, child observations, reflective teacher consultations, resources and referrals for parents, leadership supports, and behavior plan and individual learning plan policy and development.
