The Child Care Action Council (CCAC) is seeking an individual or organization to support us in our communication and marketing work.
We would like to work with an individual or organization during our current fiscal year, which runs through June 30, 2024. The contract will require approximately 12-15 hours per week and a maximum of 720 annually. Contract maximum is $40,000.
The CCAC has identified a number of ways for a consultant to support us.
- Provider Eblast: (goes out around the 10th of every month): 1-3 hours/month depending on how much content needs to be created.
- Mailchimp announcement re: DPIL: 1-2 hours depending on amount of design.
- Social media posts (FB and IG) re: DPIL: 1-2 hours/week
- Website updates: depends on what content needs to be updated.
- Family services marketing materials: 1-3 hours depending on what is needed.
- Personalized cover letters to businesses re: DPIL sponsorships: 1-3 hours/week depending on need.
Two different types of proposals will be accepted. You may pick the option that best allows you to describe your work with organizations. Proposals should be sent to brian.cole@ccacwa.org.
Option One is to provide a narrative of the services you would/could provide for us. If you choose this option, please keep your response to 1000 words. You must attach a budget sheet for your proposal, but it doesn’t count in the word limit.
Option Two is to respond to the following questions and attach a budget:
Please briefly share your experience in supporting organizations and their staff to improve their understand, embrace and embodiment of equity, inclusion and racial justice. (400 words maximum)
How do you approach working with organizations in their efforts? (300 words maximum)
What else is important for us to know about you/your organization and your work? (300 words maximum)
