
PACE Part 2: Supporting Child Development & Wellness includes 20 hours of live online training divided into three Modules. All trainings in this series will take place live over Zoom:
PACE trainings include live online classes, written assignments, and job-embedded activities. Active participation and completion of all assignments are required for credit.

The PACE training series must be completed in order. Before registering for PACE Part 2, check your MERIT account and make sure you have completed and received credit for the following classes:
Provider Access to a Community Equivalent (PACE) is an option for some ECE roles who need the equivalent to an initial or short certificate (assistant teachers, lead teachers, or family home licensee.) For more information about PACE, visit the DCYF website.
